Screening and short listing an appropriate candidate
At MMC, we source and contact the candidate with the help of many mediums like job portal, Networking sites, our very own data base, etc. The entire process is done swiftly but with precious. Our recruiters leave no stone unturned to find a perfect candidate for our client’s job requirement. Hence, in the end the best from the lot are short listed and are further sent ahead for the interviews.
Once all the candidates are shortlisted, those candidates are sent for the interview rounds. At MMC we work in great harmony with both, Our Clients as well as our candidates. We act as a mediator, trying to strike a balance between the two, keeping both of them hassle free and relaxed.
Offer and Negotiation

After the candidate clears all the rounds of interview and accepts the offer, the candidate joins the organization on a decided date.
