Job Description
• Responsible for managing a small team accountable for delivering capital and expense projects for facilities putting in place the processes and governance to ensure the technical integrity of the projects and assigned
• work activities are completed across all phases of the project and delivered in accordance with HSSE, and ethical standards and in compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.
• Experience in Project Management across full project lifecycle with 5+ years of experience
• Proven delivery experience in project delivery, building and sustaining high performing teams
• Proven Agile experience in delivery, building and sustaining high performing teams
• Experience of automation or implementation of RPA automation projects (desirable)
• Experience working in a dependent multi agile team environment
• Demonstrated Facilitation, Communication and Organizational skills
• One of Certified PMP/scrum master/scrum practitioner
• Experience of successful delivery of two or more projects/programmers from inception to completion
• History of improving delivery performance
• Ability to conceptualize and systematically work through projects in accordance with a structured methodology
• Experience of working in an onsite / offshore setup with requirement directly or indirectly coming from various groups. Should be able to extend consultation, high level solution and the precise implementation methodology for each of those requirements
