Job Description:
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos
• Accountable for delivery of the opportunity assigned to the squad
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Assist keeping the backlog groomed
• Ability to remove blockers for teams quickly by taking on tasks and getting them to done and coach the scrum team on removing blockers
• Ensure cross-team coordination and support culture change to improve delivery agility
• Champion continuous improvement and Agile mind-set
• Reach out to the larger organization network for impediment removal
• Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
• Take responsibility for managing dependencies between the scrum team
• Manage one or more Squad teams and control the current and future state process
• Proactive management of external dependencies, complex problem-solving and issues escalation
• Liaise with OCM, Product Owner, Process Engineer, Delivery and Platform teams to delivery and adoption of Automation solution
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields
• Project management across full project lifecycle with 15+ years of experience as a Scrum Master – where Scrum principles, practices and theory were diligently applied
• Demonstrated facilitation, communication and organisational skills
• Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner
• Proven Agile experience in IT delivery, building and sustaining high performing teams
• Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
• History of improving delivery performance
• Experience of working in an onsite / offshore setup with requirement directly or indirectly coming from various groups.
• Knowledge of full Software Development Lifecycle
• Knowledge of RPA Competencies and Behaviours
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills – ability and confidence to challenge and influence
• Energetic and tactful facilitator to promote and engage a committed delivery team
• Strong emotional intelligence
